He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Hild and Alice Yarrow Hild; his sisters, Katherine Marie Hild and Shirley Juhl; and his stepson Michael J. Witmer.
He is survived by: his former wife Bonnie J. Sippel; his daughters, Ann Hild of Cheyenne and Gail Garman (Keats) of Blaine, Washington; and his siblings, Harold Hild (Lynette) of Alamo, TX and Carol Usher (Robert) of Waverly. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
