She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Daniel Mooney of Davidson and Gertrude Minerva Henderson of Davidson; her brother Paul Richard Grothe; and her son Robert Carl Mooney. She is survived by: her husband Jim; her sister Suzanne Mary Grothe (Brueck) of Burlington; her husband James J. Mooney; her children, Marcia Bingham of Wilmington, Carol Coffey of Shingle Springs, James Daniel of Santa Clarita, Melissa Jane of Los Osos, Cathy Dodson Smith of Banning and Mary Christina of Port Hueneme; and also Burbank. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren.
