She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles Benjamin and Martha Elizabeth Bailey (Glenn); her husband Carl Buhmeyer; her daughter Karen; and her sister Marcia Slight.
She is survived by : her children, Charles Buhmeyer (Mary) of Burlington and Beth Brown (Tim) of Burlington; her grandchildren, Kristi Ervine of Linn Grove, IA, Nick Brown (Jamie) of Burlington, Travis Buhmeyer (Jacquelyn) of Iowa City, IA, Julie Buhmeyer (Mitch Straw) of Cedar Rapids, IA and Taylor Buhmeyer (Courtney) of Swisher, IA; her great grandchildren, Alexandria Ervine, Sophie, Daphne, Roy Brown, Brooks Buhmeyer and Navy Pearl Buhmeyer; her sister Mary Ann Frank of Burlington; and her brother-in-law William Slight of Chicago, IL..
In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established for St. Vincent de Paul food pantry.
