Though Dorothy may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Dorothy leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbert Rottman and Frances Rottman; her husband Harold Hopson; her sons, Mike and Dennis Hopson; and her sister Darlene.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Shana Mickenham (Kurt) of Kenai, Marcus Hopson of Vancouver and British Columbia. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A memorial has been established in her memory for American Diabetes Association.
