He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Applegarth of Burlington; his children, Kerri Applegarth (Larry Miller) of Mason City, IA, Ashlee Applegarth (Tim Weeks) of Bonney Lake, WA and Lance Applegarth of Burlington; his grandchildren, Jace Applegarth and Cierra Applegarth; his siblings, Lelia Wilkerson (Randy) of Mt, Union Veith, Ann Veith (Randy Gerard) of Lake Waukomis, MO, John Jones (Kim) of Campo, CA, Jimmy Jones (Karen Morton) of Davenport and David Applegarth (Gay) of Watertown, WI; his sister-in-law Barb Heater of Burlington; and also, Delferd Osborne (Patti) of Sperry and Ron Osborne (Katie) of Glendale, AZ. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
