He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Carroll and Ida Madson Carroll. He is survived by: his spouse Elsie Regina Rodin; and his sons, LeRoy Carroll of Burlington and Robert L. Carroll of Las Vegas. He is also survived by six grandchildren; several Great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
