He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Lindsey and Julia Lindsey (Russell); and his wife Bette Ann Engle. He is survived by: his daughter Brittney Switala (Andrew) of Louisburg, NC; his grandchildren, Lindsey and Micah; his great grandchild Lilly; and his sister Lynda Vanden Hoek (Gerald). He is also survived by 4 nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Schultz Funeral Home (611 Fulton St, Grand Mound, IA 52751). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Christian Free Lutheran Church (407 N Main St, Wheatland, IA 52777).
