She was predeceased by: her husband Russell; her granddaughter Amy O'Tool; and her sisters, Thelma Sams, Mildred Fitch, Wilma Kaltenheuser and Alvina McHone.
She is survived by: her children, Dee Miller (Don) of Johnston, Rita Hilgenberg (Len) of Forest City and Rick (Mary Lou) of Cambridge; her grandchildren, Curt Miller (Sarah) of Ankeny, Julie Nitchie of Johnston, Aaron Denton (Stacy) of Maxwell and Angy Denton of Indianola; and her brother Roger Engen (Grace) of Ames.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family for distribution to Sunny View Care Center.
