It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Marie Tapps (Carroll, Iowa), who passed away on December 16, 2019, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Armstrong and Bertha Armstrong; her parents-in-law, Leonel and Martha Tapps; her siblings, Larry Armstrong and Shirley Willenborg; and her great grandchild Noah.
She is survived by: her husband Norman Tapps; her children, Roger Tapps (Shelly) of Carroll, Kathi Gordon (Steve) of Phoenix, AZ and Tabby Tapps of Carroll; and her siblings, Darwin Armstrong (Kathy) of Pewaukee, WI and Mavis Junkman of Rockwell City, IA. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren.
