She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Heaslip and Mary Heaslip (Pavlas); her brother Pat; her friend Dave O'Leary; her daughter Ann Grossman (Phil) of Melbourne Australia; her grandsons, Alex, Aaron and Nicholas; her daughter Nora O'Leary (Cliff) of Lakeville, MN; her granddaughters, Amanda and Jessica; her son Mark O'Leary (Linda) of Carroll, IA; her grandchildren, Meagan and Ryan; her son Matthew O'Leary; her grandchildren, Erin, Ellen, Jean O'Leary (Ruth) of Madison, WI and Mary Lawler (Denny) of Carroll, IA; her great grandchildren, Matt, Katie and Tessa; her grandson Sean O'Leary (Karen) of Des Moines, IA; her great grandchildren, Connor, Sean Patrick, Shannon and Cassidy; her grandson Patrick O'Leary Carroll (Jodi); her great grandchildren, Kaci, Kolin, Frances O'Leary (Chris) of Carroll, IA, Kaelin, Keeghan, Jasper, Hannah, David, Hollis, Macie, Barrett, Tadhg and Leon; her husband David O'Leary "D. J."; Sidney Mick, Ian and Dylan.

Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, a Funeral Mass and Celebration of Life will be held at St. John Paul II Parish – St. Lawrence Catholic Church in Carroll when circumstances permit.
