He is survived by: his wife Amy Turner of Cedar Falls; his daughters, Addison Amsbary of Hazleton and Ashlyn Amsbary of Cedar Falls; his stepsons, Cody Kleinhans of Waterloo, Cory Kleinhans of Council Bluffs and Dallas Hoeppner of Cedar Falls; and his siblings, Charles Amsbary of Waterloo, Carrie Amsbary of Waterloo, Sean Rich of Finchford, Dawn Knudsen of Waverly and Vannette Hunemuller (Jason) of Tripoli.
