She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Nottger and Josephine Nottger (Balensiefer); her husband David A. Turner of Charleston; and her grandson Brent Chesbro. She is survived by: her daughters, Deborah Lattimer (Tim) and Lisa Howard (Tony); her grandchildren, Turner Chesbro (Lexi), Gabriel Lattimer and Micaela Lattimer; her great grandchildren, Hudson and Jonathan; and her brother Duane Nottger of Cedar Falls.
