Caryl L. Nielsen Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Caryl L. Nielsen of Cedar Falls, Iowa, born in Iowa Falls, Iowa, who passed away on July 20, 2021 at the age of 88. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Caryl L. Nielsen to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Stockdale and Gertrude Stockdale (DeBerg); her former husband David Brock; her husband Merlin "Smitty" Nielsen; her grandson Andrew Brock; her brother Darrell Stockdale; her sisters-in-law, Patricia and Evelyn Stockdale; and her nephews, Wendell Stockdale, Jr., Glenn Charles Stockdale and Gary Stockdale.
She is survived by: her children, Charlotte Brock Rady (Larry Cody) of Cedar Falls, Jeff Brock (Elisabeth) of Cedar Falls, Kimberly Miller (Rick) of Newton, IA and Eric Nielsen of Eau Claire, WI; and her brothers, Lowell Stockdale (Dorothy) of New Bern, NC and Wendell Stockdale (Jane) of Willow Creek, PA.. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; five great grandchildren.
