She was predeceased by: her parents, Grover Cleveland and Ada Mannasmith Crossley. She is survived by: her husband Arnold "Bud" Madsen; and her children, Kay Clayton (Roger) of Waterloo and Craig Madsen of Rocky Mt. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.
