He was predeceased by: his mother Natalie Deery; his great-grandparents, Richard Nemmers, John Deery, Sr., Joseph Drew, Jerry and Faye Harding; and his uncles, Nick and Neil Harding.
He is survived by: his father DJ Deery; his siblings, Skylar Deery and Daniel Deery of Cedar Falls; his grandparents, Dan, Julie Deery of Cedar Falls, Steve, Jane Harding of Crossville and Brad Craig of Cedar Falls; and his great-grandparents, Marlene Deery, Marianne Nemmers, Nolan, JoAnn Craig and Kay Drew. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to St. Patrick Catholic School in Cedar Falls.
