He was predeceased by: his parents, Myron K. Chapman and Jennie Marie Chapman (Garity); his brother Ronald Bradford Chapman; and his nephew Kaman Chapman. He is survived by: his wife Barbara L. Johnson (Janssen); his daughters, Shawn Murdoch (Michael) and Jaime Michelle; his grandchildren, Zach Gilfillan, Emily Beaubien and Robert Viets (Allison); his great grandchild Rudson Viets; his stepchildren, Jae Johnson and Nicholas Johnson; and his stepgrandchildren, Charis Crozier and Declan Johnson.
