He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Alfred and Helen Augusta Heath (Miller); his wife Alma Dee; and his brother Don Heath. He is survived by: his children, Shawn (Merri), Kevin (Kelly Horstman), Brett (Jackie) and Stacy Heath (Sean Redmond); his grandchildren, Chad Heath (Heidi), Sam Heath (Courtney), Amanda Heath (Jonathan Sellers), Dantrè Adams, Baylee Ledesma and Brandy Heath; and his great grandchildren, Skyler, Sawyer, Treasure and Emberlynn.
Memorials may be directed to Cedar Valley Hospice or the Alzheimer's Association of Iowa.
