He was predeceased by: his parents, Bart Rink and Audrey Rink (Fischer); his son Edward Rink; his grandson Chad Rink; and his sisters, Phyllis Milligan and Arlene Rink.
He is survived by: his wife Jane Tillman; his children, Joni Sadler of Cedar Falls, Steven of Aurora and Tony (Sue); his grandchildren, Shawna Woiwod (Ryan), Peter Sadler, Chris Sadler, Michael Rink (Crystal), Kyle Rink and Ryan Rink; and his great grandchildren, Lennon, Jett Rink, Ryker Woiwod and Claira Sadler.
Memorials may be directed to Cedar Valley Hospice or St Patrick's Catholic Church.
