He is survived by: his wife Carol Bjoraker of Cedar Falls; his children, Mary Ferris (Chris Wilkinson) of Waterloo, Matthew Ferris of Chicago, IL and Catherine McGinnis (Chad) of Iowa City; his grandchildren, Andrew Ferris of Cedar Falls, Martin Ferris of Schaumburg, IL and Elizabeth Ferris of Schaumburg, IL; and his brothers, Ronald John Ferris (Linda) of Maryville, MO and Daniel Joseph Ferris (Michele) of Toledo. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be directed to Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church in Waterloo or a charity of choice.
