With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Allyn Gothe of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, born in Warren, Minnesota, who passed away on August 26, 2021 at the age of 85. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Allyn Gothe to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Gothe and Florence Gothe (Allen); and his daughter Lorilynne. He is survived by: his wife Patty Bohrer of Cedar Rapids; his son Bret Gothe (Jeff Conrad) of West Branch; his stepchildren, Daryll Bohrer (Beth) of Cedar Rapids, Darwin Bohrer (Noree) of Irvine, Doug Bohrer (Joy) of Palatine and Deborah Eldred (Eric) of Parker, Colorado; his son-in-law Andy Pantini of Marion; and his sister Pat Teeters (Jim) of Michigan City, Indiana.. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Allyn's memory may be made to Juvenile Diabetes Foundation in honor of Sarah Bohrer; American Heart Association in honor of Melia Bohrer; the American Cancer Society in memory of Lorilynne Pantini; or to St. Mark's Lutheran Church in Marion.
