She was predeceased by: her brother Bill Kruse; and her parents, Vernon Kruse and Ann Holly Kruse. She is survived by: her children, Marc Chase, Jr. (Erin) of Cedar Rapids and Michele Black (R. Todd) of Robins; her grandchildren, Jordan Koch (Tyler), Lauren, Holly Chase (Derek Kohl), R. Gavin Black and Finn Chase (Gibson Chase); her great grandchildren, Jameson, Cassius and Harrison; and her former husband Marc Chase, Sr..

Due to concerns over the novel coronavirus, family members and friends are requested to wear a mask to any funeral event.
