It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Athenoula Zulakis (Cedar Rapids, Iowa), who passed away on March 5, 2021, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Athenoula Zulakis to pay them a last tribute.
She is survived by: her husband Michael; her sons, Emanuel and George; her daughter-in-law Judge Laura Baird of Douglas, Michigan; her son Jim; her daughter-in-law Holly Hynes of Teaneck; her grandchildren, Zoe (Sydni Coleman) of Minneapolis, Minn, Katina (Joshua Harris) of Queens, NY, Michael (Miriam Shire) of Irving and Christopher of Teaneck, NJ.; and her siblings, Kaliope Papadakis and Elias Leparakis. She is also survived by 5 siblings.
The family asks that visitors observe social distancing at all times.
