With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Rossate of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, born in Mendota, Illinois, who passed away on January 25, 2022 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Jacob and Louise Jacob (Goebel); her husband David S. Rossate; and her parents-in-law, Jack and Seri Rossate.

She is survived by: her children, Julie Rossate (Jeffrey Von Wald) and Jeffery Rossate (Michelle); her grandchildren, Kaitlyn and Kalvin; her sister Marienne Daniels; her sister-in-law Janet Schwantner (Joseph); and her cousin Jean Siemens.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Organ and Piano Fund of the St. Mark's Lutheran Church Foundation.
