He was predeceased by: his parents, Alma Grundmeier (Hilson) and Benjamin Walter Grundmeier, Sr.; his brothers, Lowell, Allen (Bud) and James (Grundy); and his grandson Curtis Lee Benjamin Ball.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Elizabeth Sachs Grundmeier; his sons, Blake (Dee), Brian and Benjamin; and his stepsons, Gregory Rogers (Shawna) and Louis Ball (Cindy). He is also survived by six grandchildren and one great grandchild.
