With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Parmer of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, born in Fayetteville, Arkansas, who passed away on September 11, 2021 at the age of 85. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Betty Parmer to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband Earl; and her parents, Forrest Wright and Mamie Wright. She is survived by: her children, Deb Cumming (Bob), Cathi Kelsey (Kels), Kim Matias (Matt), Loree Parmer, Ted Parmer and Phil Parmer; and her brother Bill Wright. She is also survived by Eleven grandchildren, nineteen great-grandchildren, seven great-great-grandchildren, along with a very large extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be directed to the family.
