He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Fultz and Shirley Fultz (Heaverlo); and his brother Brad. He is survived by: his daughter Brandy Zimmerman (Dan); his former wife Julie Fultz; and his sisters, Linda Anders and Lisa Davis. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and nieces.
