He was predeceased by: his parents, Bunyan Howell and Patricia Howell (Rozinek). He is survived by: his children, Samantha Howell-Ryals (Blake), Tyler Howell and Madison Howell; his grandchildren, Elison Ryals, Raylan Ryals and Hudson Smith; his sister Lisa Hinricher (Tim); and his sibling's children, Zachary Hinricher, Rebecca Hinricher and Bailey Hinricher.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date due to COVID-19.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed towards the family.
