She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Sand and Mary Michael Sand. She is survived by: her son Philip Lowder, Jr. (Sue) of Cedar Rapids; her grandsons, Ethan Lowder of St. Louis, MO and Lucas Lowder of Cedar Rapids; her siblings, Kenneth Sand (Cinda), David Sand (Lindsay), Donna Van Horn (Gene) and Marjorie Sand (Curt); and her husband Philip Lowder. She is also survived by 7 nieces and nephews.
Per Covid guidelines, family attending are asked to wear masks and practice social distancing.
Instead of flowers, memorials may be directed to Bridgehaven Pregnancy Support Center.
