It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol A. Witting of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, who passed away on January 31, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Carol A. Witting to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Hensely and Kathleen Hensely (Cruise); her husband Bernard "Witt" Witting; and her brothers, Alan, Terrence and Richard Hensely.
She is survived by: her sons, Mark Witting (Susan) of Fairfax, Matt Witting of Cedar Rapids, Jon Witting (Julie) of Cedar Rapids and Jan Witting (Cory) of Tennessee; and her sisters-in-law, Judy Hensely of Cedar Rapids and Hope Hensely of Minneapolis. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be directed to St. Jude Catholic Church in Cedar Rapids.
