She is survived by: her son Rick Jewell of Centerville, IA; her grandchildren, Hailey, Lexi and Beckett Jewell of Centerville, IA; and her sisters, Cheryl Carrier (Terry) of Harrisburg, IL and Dotty Stewart of Cedar Rapids, IA.. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and great nieces and nephews.
