It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cecil Perkins (Cedar Rapids, Iowa), born in Monticello, Iowa, who passed away on September 16, 2018, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Katherine; and his sisters, Betty Smith, Jean Wessels and Esther Seehusen. He is survived by: his children, Robert Perkins (Lynette) and Mary Perkins; his granddaughters, Kimberly Perkins of Cedar Rapids and Sarah Perkins of Cedar Rapids; his siblings, Shirley Schoon of Anamosa and Jack McDonald of Greene; his sisters-in-law, Margaret Kenney and Blanche Oujiri; and his parent Emert.
