He was predeceased by: his parent Shirley Serbousek (Kovar). He is survived by: his father Henry "Hank" Serbousek; his siblings, Michael Serbousek of Cedar Rapids, Karen Becker (Mike) of Cedar Rapids and Julie Schropp (Ricky) of Swisher, Iowa; his siblings' children, Corissa, Sara Katie and Kyle; his close friend Sandy Mueller; and also, Kimm Epperson, Alyssa, Averi and Chuck.
