Goodwin (Joshua), Charlotte, Thomas, Onalaska and Zachariah Crippen; his children, Varie, Jayla, Van Horne, Dylan Gray and Colton; his grandparents, Ronald C. Johnson, Rodger T. Greear (Vicki) and Marion; his uncle Curtis Johnson of Cedar Rapids; and also, Van Horne and Jade Gray.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Cole's family.
