He was predeceased by: his wife Mary; and his siblings, Edwin Hanzlik (Alice), Martin Hanzlik (Kay), Kenneth Hanzlik (Patti) and Anna Mae McVey (Jack).
He is survived by: his sisters, Josephine Page (Denver) of Marion, Bonnie Herman (Eddie) of Ione, CA and Vicky Trent of San Diego, CA. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews; and his great-nieces and nephews.
