He is survived by: his daughter Riane Novak of Marion; his siblings, David Novak (Andrea) of Cedar Rapids, Dennis Novak (Joyce) of Fairfax, Daniel Novak (Marsha) of Atkins, Deborah Geralds (Michael) of Marion, Deann Eastin of Cedar Rapids and Delores Novak of Kansas City; his friend Donna Boydston of Kansas City; and also, Lili Eastin, Patches and Taco. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
