He was predeceased by: his parents, H. Ward Adams and Myrtle Adams (Whitehill); and his brother-in-law Donald Anderson of Lincoln, Nebraska.. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Grindeman-Adams; his sons, Timothy Ward Adams (Deborah Lewin) of Catonsville, Maryland and Christopher Adams (Caralee Adams) of Bethesda, Maryland.; his grandchildren, Sophia Lewin Adams of Chicago, Maxwell Ward Adams (Courtney Adams) of Catonsville, Maryland, Nicholas Adams of Brooklyn, N. Y., Spencer Adams of Berkeley, California and Holly Adams of Bethesda, Maryland.; his sisters, Patricia Webb (Clinton Webb) of Des Moines, Washington and Mary Elizabeth Anderson of Lincoln, Nebraska; his siblings-in-law, Dann Grindeman (Anthony Smith) of Los Angeles, Sally LaPorte (John LaPorte) of Milwaukee and Cindy Grindeman (Tim Tuttle) of Madison, Wisconsin; his friends, Randy Peterson of Cedar Rapids and Dan; and his brother Big. He is also survived by six nieces and nephews; eight great-nieces and nephews.
