He was predeceased by: his wife Donna; his daughter Lucinda "Cindy" Woodward; his parents, Mark Henry III and Ann Woodward (Johnson); and his brother Mark Henry Woodward IV.
He is survived by: his sons, Gary (Brenda) of Waukesha and Chris of Waterloo; his sister Shirley Burnett; his granddaughters, Alexandra, Samantha and Kaitlyn Woodward; and his child Christopher.
