He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Foster and Dorothy Foster (Casteel); his wife Nancy Miller; and his sister Martha Paul (Dennis). He is survived by: his siblings, Julia Foster of Marengo, Alice Weber (Bob) of Jesup, Harry Foster (Wendy) of Cedar Rapids, Lori Foster (Dennis Ades) of Springville and Amy Foster of Cedar Rapids; and his close friends, Loren Deetz, Terri Deetz of Iowa City and Sandra Thorington (Rick) of Cedar Rapids. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
