She was predeceased by: her husband James "Doc"; and her siblings, Richard, Claire, LeRoy, LaRue Keith, Darrell, Joseph, Sharon Corkery and Valetta Lewis.
She is survived by: her sons, James Lewis of Lone Tree and Jon Lewis of Cedar Rapids; her grandchildren, Cody of Cedar Rapids, Joshua of Cedar Rapids and Alexander of Cedar Rapids; her sisters, Diane Thompson (Leonard), Shirley Van Amburg and Audrey Kahl; and her parents, Richard Lewis and Bernita Lesser Lewis. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
