She is survived by: her daughter Steve; her husband Steven; her father Ronald Dieleman (Kathy); her daughters, Jennifer DeJong (Duke) and Niccole Thomas; her grandchildren, Samuel, Mikale, Noah, Isabel and Wrenley; and her siblings, Jeffery Dieleman (Deb) and Cathy Law (Mark).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to the Oldorf Hospice House of Mercy, Stonebridge Church Capital Fund, or American Cancer Society.
