She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Blazek and Joann Blazek (Slocum); and her brothers, Mike Blazek and Rick Blazek. She is survived by: her husband Kevin Carney; her children, Misty Carney, Ryan Klein (Brett) and Meagan Carney (Donovan Ward); her grandchildren, Deleigha, Trinity, Charles, Donovan and Declan; her sister Vickie Hill (Jerry); and her sister-in-law Red Blazek. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
