Luerkens; her husband Cam Luerkens; her children, Jeremy Luerkens (Leanne) of Cedar Rapids, Nick Luerkens of Cedar Rapids and McKenzie Hines (Kai) of Cedar Rapids; her grandchildren, Alaina, Callie, Lawton, Kai and Harlow; and her siblings, Chris Hulfish, Cindy Egger, Linda Ross, Gary Sweet, Candy DeCamp and Dennis Sweet. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
