Cook (Cedar Rapids, Iowa), born in Kensett, Iowa, who passed away on July 14, 2018, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his son Terry Cook; and his wife Delores Cook. He is survived by: his daughter Becky Chiafos; his stepchildren, Vickie Hukill (Mark), Julie and Welsh; and his grandchildren, Hannah, Haley, Joshua, Derrick, Nichole, Cory, Miranda and Tommy. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
