He is survived by: his father Richard Silhanek of Keystone, IA; his sisters, Linda Chase (Steve) and Carol Larson (Sven); his siblings' children, Ryan Chase, Michelle Aquillo (Anthony), Andrew Larson (Elizabeth) and Sara Larson (Adam); and his aunts, Helen Folkmann and Ethel Baker.
