She was predeceased by: her siblings, Steven Foley and Teresa Strain; her brother-in-law Duane Whiting; and her parents, Raymond Foley and Frances Perrin Foley.
She is survived by: her daughters, Angel Heefner (Brian), Anita Baldwin (Scott) and Amy Langguth; her grandchildren, Chalet Langhoff (Josh), McKenna Foarde Draven (Richard Beets), Laiken and Tana Baldwin; her great grandchildren, Eli Corey and Eileanor Beets; her siblings-in-law, Rhonda Foley, Cheryl Matus (Dick), Jeanette Whiting, Charles Strain and Craig Langguth (Emily); and her husband Charles Langguth. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Friends may visit with the family on Thursday from 11 a. m. to 1 p. m. All in attendance must wear a mask and comply with social distancing guidelines.
Memorials may be directed to the family in Diana's name.
