We are sad to announce that on December 29, 2021, at the age of 79, Don H. Hensen of Cedar Rapids, Iowa passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Don H. Hensen to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Hans Hensen and Gertrude Hensen (Rinderknecht); and his sister Arnita Robinson. He is survived by: his son Andrew Hensen (Courtney) of Dubuque; his nephews, Mike Robinson (Theresa) and Greg Robinson (Kathy); and his wife Elaine M. Kopecky.
Don's family respectfully requests that anyone attending the visitation or funeral wear masks and practice social distancing.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to Saint Ludmila Catholic Church, the Alzheimer's Association, and Hospice of Mercy.
