It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Dean Blaker (Cedar Rapids, Iowa), born in Colesburg, Iowa, who passed away on November 20, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Blaker and Vera Blaker (Shaw); his sister Joanna; his brother-in-law Ron Kocher; and his nephew Garth.
He is survived by: his wife Anita Van Horn; his sons, Jeff (Diane) of Fayette, Mark (Laura) of Independence and Craig (Geri) of Ankeny; his grandchildren, Rachel, Carson and Ava; and his sister Sharon Black (Don) of Newton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
