He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Kenneth Sr. Neblung and Ruth Neblung; his brother Kenneth Jr. "Bud" Neblung; his wife Lori Neblung; his children, Scott Neblung (Cherie) of Vinton and Missy Kilbey (Rich) of Mililani; and his grandsons, Reece, Cade, Marcus and Miles.

All attending Don's visitation are expected to wear masks and practice social distancing.
