He was predeceased by: his parents, John Elsbury and Grace Elsbury (Romig); and his wife Ruby. He is survived by: his children, Duane Elsbury (Wendy), Virgil Elsbury (Joyce), David Elsbury (Diane Jennings) and Teresa Elsbury; and his sisters, Lucille Howe, Joyce Netolicky, Janette Weske and Burdette Elsbury. He is also survived by twelve grand-children and twenty great-grand- children.
