He was predeceased by: his parents, Darrel Dvorak and Roselina Saey; and his brother Michael Saey. He is survived by: his siblings, Angela Wacha (Phil), Diana Frazier (Chad) of Vinton, Jean Saey of Minnesota, Janet Daigle of Canada, Daniel Saey (Tracie) of Cedar Rapids, Darrell Dvorak and Danny Dvorak (Jamie) of Vinton; and his siblings' children, Amanda Olson (Kevin) and Justin Wacha (Katelyn). He is also survived by three great-nieces and two great-nephews; and several other extended family.
